RBV Consulting Group’s Growth Barriers Assesment is a powerful diagnostic tool developed to help organisations identify and overcome their obstacles to growth.

Part of our situational analysis from our S3 Model, it is built on extensive research and practical experience. It is done in two parts. The first is a survey that evaluates 20 key barriers across several core areas—for example, accountability, managerial competency, and staff retention (among others).

Furthermore, measures the severity of each barrier with a clear colour-coded scoring system. Moreover, separately surveying the CEO and employees provides a comprehensive 360° analysis of internal challenges.

The second part is to conduct in-depth interviews based on the survey results. The results of both are foundational for pinpointing root causes, allowing your organisation to address impediments effectively and unlock its growth potential
